Eligibility

• Must be 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in jurisdiction of residence)
• Must be a legal resident of United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of PopJoy and its affiliates are not eligible
• Only one entry per person/email address/household
• Void where prohibited by law

How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

To enter:

• Visit our website at popjoy.app or scan the QR code on the 2025 ComicCon handout.
• Complete the entry form with required information
• Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period
• Alternative Entry Method: Send a 3"x5" card with your name, address, phone number, and email to: 649 Central Ave, San Francisco, CA 94117

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries
• Drawing will be conducted on or about August 1, 2025 by PopJoy or its authorized representative
• Winners will be notified by email by 11:59 pm PST on August 15, 2025
• If a winner cannot be contacted within two calendar days, an alternate winner may be selected
• Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability within 24 hours

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee
• Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash
• No substitution of prizes except by PopJoy due to unavailability
• PopJoy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees
• Prizes valued at $600 or more require completion of IRS Form W-9

Tax Responsibilities

IMPORTANT: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. PopJoy will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more. Consult your tax advisor regarding tax implications.

General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
• Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation (where permitted by law)
• PopJoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances warrant
• All decisions by PopJoy are final and binding
• Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Any attempt to damage or tamper with the contest will result in disqualification

Data Collection and Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used in accordance with PopJoy's Privacy Policy
• By entering, participants consent to receive promotional communications from PopJoy
• Participants may opt out of communications at any time
• Entry information may be shared with third parties for prize fulfillment purposes only

Disputes and Governing Law

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California
• Contest governed by the laws of California
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the rules remain in effect
